this is the poster design that will be separated into the a5 pieces where the lines are as you can see. this is a poster timeline which explains about my stages moods, personalty and ETC.

this is the box i have ceated its a simple long box just for showing items the blocks that go across the wood can be adjusted to move out the way of the space.

this is the blade and the handle of the sword they will slot into together and be stuck down with glue its been white washes ready for the illustrations to be drawn on the sword and box the structure of the sword was to match the khanda i had some problems with it such as the paint was bloggy but i sanded it all down and redid it again with primer then added the paint to give it a smooth finish. the drawing will be smooth to be drawn on.
sketches of the sword i have done the handle and the blade in detail the structure for this sword is designed to the fighting technique.
i began mocking up and sketching my sword these are the results i got i tried different positions and cuttings of the wood.

this is my other timeline my favorite one out the two.

this is the 1st time line about me
this is a design made from my aftershave bottle (jean Paul Gulteur) the Birmingham landscape is in the background with shapes to give it structure.
experiments of pattern designs

the same way as i developed the previous work i did to this one. this is a stencil of me taking a free kick to show my passion for football its done in steps to show how to take a free kick and a different approach to the narrative and design.

this is the images to represent me being loud its been developed as you can see.
experimented stenciled of myself.

this baby is more developed he has more things going on such as sports and I'm British.

this is supposed to be me as a stencilled baby the blue represents loyalty. you can also see the development where the baby has a Birmingham city F.C. logo on his arm that's my football team i support.

these arrows i made is to show that my mind is always moving forward and the crazy colours mean my mind can wonder this is also a piece inspired by Matisse.

this piece shows less detail to the picture with bright colour that stands out this image is of his wife naked.
From painting Matisse has taken a different approach by using less detailed paintings and bright colors of same consistency. This was one of the stages that changed the art movement.
i watched a interesting documentary on Matisse and in this piece he has straight cut out a piece of clothes and stuck them together he has created stars in the night with a siluet of a person
After seeing and researching into johnny hardstaffs timelines i decided to do one of my own and put it onto my box or even possibly my sword (khanda).

time-lines done by Johnny Hardstaff the illustrations and the narrative put into it is amazing its very artistic and fluent. there are six different timeliness

this is the final stage of the development this is what happen when i thought it was just right it looks like blood stains. droplets of blood stains.

from the previous image of the double helix design this is no2 development the ink soaked through this is what it looks like on the other page which it has soaked through this looks slightly better.

this was from the inspiration from bridget riley and other artists like mitchy bwoy from the research i did earlier on blood staines this is a double helix pattern design. it was done by red ink because the paper was absorbent this is the result.

Mitchy has his own style of writing I'm not sure if this is his own font design but the writing is joint and separated by some lines but it still looks effective.

in these pictures they are of mitchy's illustration he has used various art based techniques such as drawing, painting and charcoal then put through illustrator in my opinion. but very appealing images.

i went to the mitchy bwoys show in the custord factory and took some pictures of his work for inpiration i like the way he uses his colours and the layouts of these pieces the way the arrows move in diffrent directions it gives the piece a sense of movement. the techniques that are used are painted then illustrated.

This was what i produced from the being inspired by the pattern designs of Bridget Riley work. the inspirational work is shown on my blog. This picture is a double helix in my own design of geometric lines development or possibly could be used for my FMP.

this was the outcome when i turned the hair font into a illustration
